Electrical parts 2 years. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Customers living in the United Kingdom and Ireland we will:- Collect and Return Free of Charge. Customers living in any other country, return the part/product to us carriage paid. If you wish to use your local engineer we will supply the necessary parts to him Free of Charge. At the time of placing the order, we ask each customer to retain the receipt which will state the period of cover and also the carton and packaging. If it becomes necessary for the machine to be returned for repair the original packaging will be required.
