We will endeavour to despatch every order as quickly as possible. Customers living in the United Kingdom, Ireland we will:- Collect the part/product and Return Free of Charge. Customers living in any other country, return the part/product to us carriage paid. If you wish to use your local engineer we will supply the necessary parts to him Free of Charge. At the time of placing the order, we ask each customer to retain the receipt which will state the period of cover and also the carton and packaging. If it becomes necessary for the machine to be returned for repair the original packaging will be required. We do not arrange collection unless the product is complete with the original carton and packaging. If you wish to use your local embroidery machine technician/engineer we will supply the necessary parts to him Free of Charge. If this is not possible we can arrange for one of our factory embroidery technicians to visit you. Or you can send your machine operator/technician to our factory in the UK for basic training, on how to service and maintain the product. Back Orders In the rare event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you by telephone or email to explain when deliver is to be expected. It will be despatched as soon as possible. If this is inconvenient a full refund will be given. Remittance Terms All goods must be paid for in full before despatch.
