Apparel Craft Equipment (ACE) Ltd is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction on the Internet.  All our products are well proven for their reliability and are RoHS, CE Certified and Approved.  None of our terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We Deliver Worldwide

We deliver Free of Charge to the United Kingdom Mainland.

We deliver to all other areas and countries at cost price.

We will endeavour to despatch every order as quickly as possible.

We make every effort to comply with individual deliver arrangements but we cannot be

held responsible for any delays and/or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control.

All deliveries must be signed for.

 

Cancellations & Returns (excluding auction sales)

Under the United Kingdom's Distance selling Regulations, if you've received goods and

have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us

for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item(s) is in stock condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you.

           New, uninstalled, unused, complete and in it's original carton(s) and packaging.

  • You inform us of your desire to cancel within seven working days of receipt of the
     product(s) by email to returns@ace-ukltd.com or post by recorded delivery.                         NOT ON THE TELEPHONE. We will then send you a return number. No return will be accepted without this number.
  • Return the product to us carriage paid.
  • Goods are returned within 10 days in order that your credit can be actioned

           within 30 days.

25 Years Warranty (excluding auction sales)

Apparel Craft Equipment (ACE) Ltd guarantee to supply spare parts for their products

for a minimum of 25 years from date of purchase.

If for any unforeseen reason we are unable to fulfill our obligation just return the

product to us and we will refund current market value.

Guarantee (excluding auction sales)

Apparel Craft Equipment (ACE) Ltd guarantee to supply any mechanical parts Free of Charge

which are deemed to be the result of faulty manufacture for a period of 10 years.

Electrical parts 2 years.

Customers living in the United Kingdom and Ireland we will:-

Collect and Return Free of Charge.

Customers living in any other country, return the part/product to us carriage paid.

If you wish to use your local engineer we will supply the necessary parts to him

Free of Charge.

At the time of placing the order, we ask each customer to retain the receipt which will

state the period of cover and also the packaging. If it becomes necessary for the

machine to be returned for repair the original packaging will be required.

even if you are setting up business and you have not yet begun to trade or a craft worker trading from home.

We do not ask you for your business credentials.

Back Orders

In the rare event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you by telephone or email

to explain when deliver is to be expected. It will be despatched as soon as possible. If this is

inconvenient a full refund will be given.

Remittance Terms

All goods must be paid for in full before despatch.

Tax Charges

17.5% VAT is included in all prices.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud

using our shopping system over the Internet.

All payment card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit java encryption.

This encryption begins at the form where you are asked for your credit card details. They are

only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Your information is not stored on an internet active computer

so your details cannot be accessed by a third party.

other than the basic details supplied when placing an order.

These details simply enable us to process your order and
