  On sewing machines the standard presser foot holds the top fabric down and all movement of the fabric is by the lower teeth mechanism. A problem for some heavy, synthetic and stretch fabrics.

The 'walking' presser foot moves forward and

backwards with the lower teeth mechanism.

This attachment 'walks' the top fabric evenly

with the lower fabric. To give a perfect finish.
